Juicy strawberry with crisp red apple and sugar cane sweetness. High in the lush hills of Pitalito, Blanca Rubys Lopez and her family bring generations of tradition to every harvest. At their farm, Los Cachingos, careful fermentation and slow drying create a cup that’s bright, juicy, and beautifully sweet. We paid 157% above the Fair Trade price for this coffee. Learn more. Blanca Rubys and her husband Victor Felix have spent decades cultivating coffee, raising their children at Los Cachingos and instilling in them the same deep respect for the land and its fruits. Since shifting their focus to specialty coffee in 2019, the family has worked closely together. Each member takes on a dedicated role to ensure quality at every stage. Their farm, nestled at 1600–1700 MASL in the southern Huila region, is named after the cachingo tree, an emblem of the region’s natural beauty and a quiet force in soil regeneration. This connection to the land informs every part of their process, from handpic
