Together, they are producing some of the most thought-provoking coffees in the region. During the last harvest, co-owner Mark and head of procurement Ryan had the privilege of visiting Evin, Alma, and their family. This was a remarkable opportunity to gain insight into their approach to producing their outstanding lots. The final moments of our day with Evin were spent among the trees of his Geisha plot, right on the cusp of golden hour. Surrounded by the trees, we continued the conversations that had carried on throughout the day, about our thoughts on the future of coffee.
