We have now worked with several harvests from David Berrio’s garden, La Casita, and his small-scale, intentional approach continues to inspire. This third and final harvest pass is the most expressive of his Chiroso lots this season. In the cup we find a tropical-forward profile with vibrant acidity and clarity.
