This particular lot has undergone a Honey process, with cherries undergoing meticulous double fermentation, depulped without water, and dried through a layered patio-silo method to develop exceptional aroma. It is elegant, complex, and vibrant. In the cup you’ll find notes of tangerine, floral and strawberry.
