This classic Kenyan comes to us from Kii Coffee Factory in Embu county. Kii, sitting at the base of Mount Kenya, is operated by an 850+ member strong farmers cooperative called Rungeto Coop, which was founded in the mid 90s by local smallholders, working together to produce consistently clean, complex coffees. The wet mill is located alongside the Kii River, which not only gives Kii Factory its name but provides fresh, crisp running water to the mill.  In the cup you will find bright, crisp and delicate washed Kenyan flavours like lemon zest with floral notes
