Each bean carries with it a story, culminating in a cup that nourishes both body and soul. When combined with soft sweetness and acidity from the Colombia component, flavours become lighter but hold onto more deep, rich structure and heavier, syrupy sugar notes than previous iterations of this blend contained - it’s delicious both in your fav milk or served straight up. If you have a Moccamaster or drip coffee set up, it's pretty damn good as a filter brew too! Feels Good has historically been ST ALi’s most dynamic blend, made up of fresh, seasonal, organic components. This latest change, with a major percentage sourced from our neighbours in South Asia, moves us one step closer to a lower carbon footprint too, while celebrating the truly excellent coffee our corner of the planet is capable of producing at scale.
