Raspberry, mango, white florals — now in biodegradable capsules. This Sidra lot from Finca Las Asturias brings a refined sweetness and layered acidity, now made convenient in fully compostable capsules. Expect white florals on the nose, followed by notes of raspberry, ripe mango, and honey. As it cools, the acidity lifts beautifully, adding elegance and clarity to the cup. Grown by Augusto Ortega at 1,680 masl in Kennedy, San Agustin, this coffee is a result of decades of dedication. Augusto has been farming here since 1985, shaping a life around his five-hectare farm despite the challenges of climate change and shifting markets. The cherries undergo a slow, gentle washed process — including overnight cherry fermentation and a 32-hour dry ferment — before drying on shaded raised beds for 20–22 days. This capsule release highlights not just the exceptional quality of Augusto’s coffee, but also the collaborative effort behind it — a story of resilience, trust, and long-term commitment
