It’s one of the cleanest Ethiopia profiles we tasted this harvest year. Cup Profile In the cup we find classic Ethiopian notes of peach, elderflower lemonade, and bergamot, lifted by brighter tropical fruits and a floral citrus character that defines the Gera region.
