With the high altitudes and ideal temperatures, Colombia is well known for great coffee. Jario Arcila is a third generation coffee grower who bought his first farm with his family in 2019. Since then he has acquired five other farms, providing valuable local employment for his community. This coffee has been hand picked and hand sorted to remove any defective beans. Then the beans are sundried on temperature controlled patios to achieve ideal moisture content.
