Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds
  2. 2. Pour to 225g by 0:45 timing (use steady concentric pours to fully saturate the bed)
  3. 3. Cover and let steep until 2:15, then flip the Hario Switch to drain; allow ~20–30s for runoff
  4. 4. Total time ~2:30–2:45 (including drain). Serve immediately
