Costa Rica Volcan Azul Geisha

by Substance Café

Whole beans from Central region in Costa Rica, from the farm Volcan Azul. It is an anaerobic natural processed geisha. When it is hot, the cup goes into mango, passionfruit tastes. When it cools down, you will stay on the mango side and passionfruit but with more red fruits flavors. When cold, it will turn a bit apricot. It is fermented coffee but never turns toward alcohol. It is very balanced cup.
