Whole beans from Central region in Costa Rica, from the farm Volcan Azul. It is a washed processed SL28. When we brew the coffee, we notice these different flavors : When hot, it tastes quite floral like jasmine and violette but also lemon. When it is warm, it stays floral and lemony but hints of vegetal and green tea appear. When it is cold, it ends up floral and artichoke.
