Whole beans from the farm Auromar, in Panama. It is a geisha washed process called Firestone. We were so impatient we tasted the coffee one hour after roasting. It tastes very floral, subtle and delicate. It has this very distinctive Auromar signature we love. It was a very important moment for us as roasters because we really do love the signature of Auromar, which is totally unique. We know this coffee was much appreciated by all our customers.
