Whole beans from the farm Elida Estate from Lamastus family Estate, in Panama. It is a geisha washed process from the plot called Aguacate. This is one of the famous lot among Elida Estate farms, which is known to score very high in SCA scale. We are writing these lines a few hours after roasting this coffee. It is incredibly powerful, an explosion of flowers. Tastes very promising !
