Whole beans from the farm Elida Estate from Lamastus family Estate, in Panama. It is a geisha natural Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) process from the plot called Falda. We picked this lot when visited Lamastus farms in early 2024. The cup is complex, hints of jasmine, violette and lavender.
