Whole beans from the Finca Deborah from Boquete in Panama. One of our guests described it as an uncatchable ghost. This coffee is one of our favorite in the world, season after season. It is a very subtle and complex coffee. When hot, it tastes very floral and fruity. As it cools down, it will keep its fruity side but turns into red fruits and gets sweeter. When cold, you will have a very pure jasmine flavor. The body is very soft. Farm : Finca Deborah Producer : Jamison Savage Country : Panama Région : Chiriqui Altitude : 2000 m Varietal : Geisha Peaberry Harvest : 2024 Process : Washed, dried on 3-layers african beds.
