Colibrí is named after the hummingbirds that frequent Finca Sophia, as well as for the energetic profiles produced there. This particular lot was hand-picked in the middle of March, the beginning of the middle of the harvest, a time that generally results in our highest-scoring lots and is emblematic of Finca Sophia naturals that balance typical red fruit notes with florality. We were so lucky to visit this farm in 2024 guided by Kelly Hartmann. It is a beautiful farm, very high in altitude.
