Roasted for: Filter- This is the third season we purchase the Gesha lot produced by the dedicated David Gomez, and it delivers just as beautifully this year too. The processing is executed with perfection. David holds his Gesha in cherry for 24 hours. They are then depulped and fermented for 36 hours before being washed and then dried for 22 days. We source this lot in collaboration with Osito, whose owners also have a farm in a nearby region. This is how Osito got into contact with a group of producers in La Plata that David Gomez belongs to.
