After many years of showcasing his coffees, we’re stoked to be able to roast serve a Geisha, this time dried as a Honey process. Juan his family own 2 farms, La Claudina being the 2nd one but most of the unique cultivars are grown at El Encanto. Over the years, Juan has made many improvements on their farms, one of them being a parabolic dryer. In this temperature-controlled environment, Juan can dry his cherries more slowly, resulting in a more defined expression of his coffees as well as a longer shelf-life.
