This coffee is a special collaboration between us and Cup of Excellence winner Ijen Lestari, featuring our custom Special Honey process. This is the 2nd year we’ve carried out this experimental processing with Dandy Dharmawan, a testament to their willingness to experiment collaborate.  The width of Indonesia as a producing country astounds us; with Ijen Lestari at East Java we found a producer who continually pushed the limits of what a smallholder producer can achieve, not only from the standpoint of coffee quality but also its economical social impacts.
