Brew It Your Way Mastering cold brew at home is simple: combine 1 part coffee with 8 parts water in an immersion brewer like the Hario Mizudashi or Toddy. Steep in the fridge for 12 hours, then remove the grounds and you’re ready to enjoy. Endless Possibilities Pour it straight over ice, add your favourite milk or syrup, or get creative with espresso martinis, spritzes, or even tonic water with a slice of orange.
