This coffee comes from Ture Waji, the founder of Sookoo Coffee. It is processed at the Suke station, where cherries are gathered from 35 local smallholders. Farm elevations range from 2000 to 2150 MASL, and this particular lot primarily consists of Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 landrace varieties. Expect a flavorful and impressively clean natural coffee that Ture has become famous for.
