Our first Ethiopian release comes from the Hadeso washing station in Guji, sourced through Melbourne Coffee Merchants. Grown at 1,950m and made up mostly of local landrace varieties Kurume and Wolisho, this washed lot is a clean, elegant expression of the region’s celebrated floral and stone fruit character.
