Raro Boda - Washed Process - 2024

This washed process lot is comprised of deliveries from smallholder farmers that deliver cherry to the nearby Raro Boda washing station in the Uraga woreda of Guji. Raro Boda is one of a number of washing stations either owned by or partnered with SNAP Specialty Coffee, which was founded in 2008 by legendary coffee producer Negusse Debela with the goal of providing consistent and exceptional Ethiopian coffee to roasters worldwide. An elegant and quintessential washed Guji profile, we find flavors of honeysuckle and bergamot both aromatically and in the cup, accompanied by a range of stone fruit and citrus flavors including apricot, cherry, Meyer lemon, and tangerine.
