Ethiopia Guji washed. What a coffee!  This coffee was produced by smallholder producers living in Denbi Uddo by local farmers grow locally selected heirloom varietals. Denbi Uddo is located in Guji, a renowned coffee-growing region in Ethiopia known for its rich volcanic soil, high elevations, and distinct cup profiles. Guji coffee is celebrated for its fruity, floral, and complex flavor notes, often displaying stone fruit, berries, and a tea-like quality.This washed coffee however, has a ridiculous body and textured mouthfeel.
