Brewing Steps
- 1. Bloom with 40g water for 30 seconds.
- 2. At 0:30 pour steadily to 240g total by 0:55–1:00, then give a gentle stir for 8–12 seconds to fully saturate.
- 3. Close the lid and let the coffee steep (full immersion) until 1:50–2:00 total time from the first pour.
- 4. At 1:50–2:00 flip the Hario Switch to start drawdown; allow ~30–45s for drain, then serve immediately. Total brew time ≈2:20–2:45.
