Using chemical-free decaffeination, this roast retains the body and flavour you love — with sweet, chocolatey notes and a smooth finish. Our decaf is made using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method using only time, temperature, water, and coffee to remove 99.9% of caffeine from the bean. This gentle process allows a coffee’s unique characteristics to shine through without leaving any chemical residue. Freshness Transparency: Every bag of Rabbit Island Coffee purchased on our website features a clearly marked roast date on the front, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted.
